Ads-to-jobs system
Every request followed from the ad that brought it to the job it becomes, with each result sent back to Meta and Google

The problem it solves
Your ads only know who clicked. They never learn who became a paying customer or what each person was interested in, so someone who looked at kitchens gets the same ads as everyone else.
The system follows each visitor from the ad they tapped to the job they become. It notes what they browse, so someone who looked at your kitchens sees your kitchen ads later on Facebook and Instagram. Each request is saved on your website first, then your server reports it to Meta and Google. As you mark it quoted, won and done in your lead list, those results go back too, and one dashboard shows which ads bring in paying jobs. Heatmaps and recordings show how people use every page. Names and phone numbers stay on your website, and Meta and Google only receive scrambled (hashed) contact details for matching. Visitors see a plain notice and can switch ad tracking off in one tap.
How it works
Ad source noted
Someone taps your ad on Facebook. The page they land on notes which ad brought them, in your website's own cookies.
What they browsed
They look at your kitchen page and a few kitchen projects. Your site tells Meta and Google they're interested in kitchens.
Matching ads
A few days later on Facebook or Instagram, they see your kitchen ads. People who browsed bathrooms see your bathroom ads, and anyone who started a quote without sending it sees a reminder to finish.
Heatmaps and form steps
Microsoft Clarity's heatmaps and recordings show where people click, scroll and stop on every page, with what they type hidden. Each step of the quote form is counted, showing which question people leave at.
Sent from the server
When they send a request, it's saved on your website first, then your server sends it to Meta and Google. Ad blockers can't stop it, and it counts once.
Marked in lead list
On your phone, mark each request: contacted, a good fit, quoted, won with the job's value, job done or lost. Every step from a good fit to job done goes back to Meta and Google, tied to the first request.
Reminders and follow-ups
A new request nobody has marked sends you a reminder after a day, and again after three. Once you've been in touch, the customer gets follow-up emails until the next step or an unsubscribe.
Stats on one page
Ad spend on Meta and Google, requests, jobs won and the cost of each job side by side, with links into Ads Manager and Clarity for the detail.

What it connects to
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram ads)
- Google Ads
- Google Analytics
- Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and recordings)
- Your website's quote form
- Your lead list and dashboard, signed in with an emailed code
Under the hood
- Meta's Conversions API and Google's Data Manager API, called from the server, with a shared event ID so each request counts once
- Contact details normalised and hashed (SHA-256) on the website, in each platform's own format; IP address and browser details deleted once sent
- A separate service on Cloudflare Workers with an SQL database (Cloudflare D1), signed calls (HMAC) and each business's platform keys stored encrypted
- An outbox that retries until each platform accepts the event, and reads back Google's verdict on every upload
- Interest by service sent as Meta ViewContent events and Google Analytics page views; started-but-unsent quotes as their own events, for reminder audiences
- First-party cookies only, switched off with the visitor's choice
- Requests with no activity for two years deleted automatically, here and in the ads system; won jobs kept
- Tested live on each site, with Meta's Test Events showing the request arrive from the server
Who else it suits
Any business that pays for ads and wins work after a quote: renovators and trades, home services, landscapers, event venues and professional services.
